Helping cats in India

If you live in India, or have visited, you know that there are a lot of sad-looking stray animals around and among these cats are often the saddest and skinniest. There are some good organizations that are working to neuter/spay stray animals to reduce the populations and educate people about them.

Help Animals India is based in the US and partners with groups in India to help strays
 - for $15 you can pay for spay/neuter/rabies for one cat (or dog)
